Thank you for choosing Ideal Counseling PLLC. My name is Derrick White. I have been a resident of Conway, Arkansas for over ten years. I obtained a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. I am also a registered play therapist which is governed by the Association for Play Therapy. I have worked as a therapist since graduating in 2017 in a variety of settings including school based, inpatient, and outpatient. I also have experience working with children and adults who struggle with a variety of mental illnesses. My primary theoretical orientation is the person-centered approach. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy approaches as well as play-based techniques.

My name is Lashana Duvall. I have been a resident of Conway, AR since 2020. I am obtaining my Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Southern Arkansas University. My goal is to support individuals in navigating challenges and improving their overall well-being. I truly enjoy the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through the work I will be doing.
